“I was a customer last year for car insurance and my current house insurance and was happy to go ahead with my car insurance quote however as I went to pay each time it suddenly added £34 on top no matter which way I tried. Contacted Confused.com over 3 days ago and still awaiting reply so I have now gone with a cheaper quote after waiting to see if could be rectified. Over 3 days is way too long when you need to purchase insurance. Sad as I enjoyed perks.”

“Normally very good, but this year, when trying to accept a quote from Lloyds, I couldn't as it wouldn't let me create an account. Same with RBS, and same with another. I've tried on different browsers on different computers, but I wasn't able to make the conversion from confused to a sale. I had to end up purchasing via telephone quotes. I'll use Confused again as I have in the past, but just at the moment, it won't work for me.”
