“Ironically there is confusion regarding the rewards when you purchase car insurance as you don’t know if they’ve been added. Also when they acknowledged the issue they asked me to go on the app to fill out the rewards the app was faulty with recurrent message ‘something went wrong saving your reminder’ causing me to email them again just wasting more time. Really not worth the rewards with this level of incompetence.”
