“Called with a query and was told to click 'x y z'. I have done this and now I have more problems and on the phone to fix missing emailes and mail box access. Wghen a client calls for help remote assistnce by logging onto the machine to investigate is the best approach. Now we have bigger issues and another ticket for you to look at watsing time for both businesses. You should learn and train your handlers in first call resolution.”
