“I have been with Cobweb now for a number of years, started off with Freenet before Cobweb, and have always found my experiences when needing help very good. This time was no exception. Patient with a not very tech person and easy explanation of what to do.”

“Getting hold of cobweb very difficult and requires persistence early in the morning - c0nstantly told 'we cannot accept your call' Once connected to a support technician it was excellent”
