“Ronny understood that the computer is just a tool to us. All the while it is working, great. If it stops functioning for any reason, we are stuffed. That is why we have relied on Cobweb since its founding members helped us. Since then you have gone from strength to strength, with many new technicians on your books, Ronny understands the need to adjust his approach non web surfers, like us and we have been very happy that he is on your team - hence 5 well earned stars!!”
