“Daniel worked tirelessly to resolve this case. We likely spent over 15 hours on the phone together, ensuring that our global signatures were right, despite the fact Exclaimer offered extremely poor customer and technical support. Daniel was exceptionally hardworking, patient and attentive- I really appreciated having his support and expertise with this case. The whole Cobweb team was extremely supportive, I know feel like I have got to know them all well! I would also like to give a shoutout to Alex for his help and positivity!”

“In the current environment, a laptop that fails sends a sense of panic. “The transfer of my domain was very poorly dealt with and the website was down for a time work needs to be done on your communication when a domain is being transfered”

“Didn't email my second email with an update (which was requested in the request). Other engineers have replied to both email addresses so it's not as if it's not allowed.”
