“I spoke with Michael today who was exremely helpful and really set my mind at rest. I have always found the technical guys so lovely which is very rare in customer service these days i have found with most companies. He was able to sort things out for me in a very timely manner.”

“After stupidly setting up a client's Microsoft365 email through GoDaddy while I was registering their domain name, I found myself in a position where I couldn't do the simplest of admin tasks in the account, and also had to pay for a full-service admin@ address to be able to access anything at all. After worrying about it for months I found Cobweb, who removed the GoDaddy "layer" from the account and gave me back direct access through Microsoft. The process was completed within a few minutes with no issues and is a weight off my mind!”

“I receiveda very left field potential malicious mail from "the mystic orient!" I was right, it was nast that could have impacted our business. Be vigelent and check any mail that seems in the least way dodgy. This was a GPS tracker con. Sorted in minutes by the cleva Sphida-men chez Cobweb, from Sunny Fareham on Solent.”
