“Elliott worked hard to get our team all able to access a new system, so our home workers were all working on a shared mailbox. We had issues along the way with Microsoft and its settings and also an Apple computer that refused to be remote accessed ! Throughout the whole process Elliott was helpful, sought help from MS when needed, and really impressed us with his patience, knowledge and perseverance to get us up and running. It all paid off and we are very happy with the service from Elliott and the Team @ Cobweb. Thank you. Jennifer KISS Driving School Ltd.”

“Issue not resolved. Communication and continuity with support staff very unsatisfactory. I replied immediately to all e-mails once contact was made, but there was no follow up. Some help obtained to find alternative access to e-mail but remote session required to solve Outlook issue. It was agreed that a remote session was needed. Still waiting for that.”
