I received an email from a newly appointed client liaison in which he requested time to have a telephone conversation, as a result of some work that we were having done to our website. I thought it would be helpful to speak to him regarding the use of the various platforms that are involved with our emails. Without reference I received an apparent automated response copying in the help desk. Regarding a fault I had apparently encountered! All that was required was phone call as requested, initially by your client liaison and subsequently by me to gain clarity on my options !
