“I had to report the issue twice and took over a day to get a response, however once i did get a call from Rory we managed to get the issue resolved quick.”

“The response was good, the technician dealing with this appeared to know exactly what the issue was once i explained in detail what had happened. It is a shame that something at the Cobweb/MS end meant I was faffing around all day on Saturday trying to get Outlook to work on my PC.”
