“The response was good, the technician dealing with this appeared to know exactly what the issue was once i explained in detail what had happened. It is a shame that something at the Cobweb/MS end meant I was faffing around all day on Saturday trying to get Outlook to work on my PC.”

“Working in Malaysia and had an issue with Mimecast. I emailed a question. It was 11:00 in Malaysia (04:00 UK). I had not expected to get a response until the UK woke up. Within nine minutes had a reply with the perfect answer.”
