“Josh listened. That’s hard when I haven’t been clear with my IT issue. He provoked questions that my replies allowed him to filter down to where he could begin to problem solve. .... and then he did! (Even spotting a “sliding doors” possibility of a similar problem Apple were having with duplicated mails, so I could attend to my ipad later. ) So, as I suspect there’s a lot of help calls like this where Cobwebs IT isn’t the cause, but that of the user!!!! What was a huge storage problem for me, is now easy for me to deal with reduction, with a few of Josh’s clever setting tweaks. When your day is compounding with work that you can’t get on with because of storage, It’s just grand to reach out for help, and a Cobweb good fairy, takes it and waves his wand. Sorry ‘bout the good “fairy” analogy, but absolutely situation apt!”
