Normally I'm delighted with all the support I get from the Cobweb team but this issue was a disappointment until Dan fixed it quite quickly. He diagnosed that there was a corrupted signature so all we needed to do was delete it and create a new one. It was unfortunate that I had to spend so long doing all the other fixes because it was a big distraction and didn't resolve the issue. It would be good if a note could be made somewhere about this so it becomes part of your collective intelligence and if another client has a similar problem there is a quick fix.

I got the impression the technician didn't want to help me fill in a form I had no idea how to fill in ie technical info for setting up a new email address for a new employee of ours. The last time I asked for this the technician was superb, he asked me to send him the form, he filled in the technical data/info and sent it back to me in 5 mins. I have an extremely limited IT knowledge so found this task quite daunting. This time I'm afraid the service was far inferior. Shame because up until now I think you've provided a great service whenever I've called in (which isn't often)

I called at 22.00 last night for my password to be changed-updated. Only when i called agin at 09.00 this morning was it done.

It took over a week to resolve my problem. The response time between queries was too slow. In the end, I resolved the issue myself by trial and error whilst awaiting technical support.

I finally received a call from sales at an inconvenient time. They said they'd call back after 2pm but didn't. Since then I've still not recieved a call back or explanatory email, nothing except this service feedback request. Regards - Mark

My feedback isn't aimed at the set up of the tool. I have no idea of the technicalities and so the fact that I could use email yesterday and can still use it today under the new system means that I've got what I've paid for, but my two real issues are (1) you talk in a technical language that most non IT people can understand and that confuses me - you really need to speak in the client language (i.e. we're dummies) and (2) your admin is really confusing. I've now received multiple invoices for the various different parts of the service and I'm confused! Only today I have received a credit note but I've no idea what it's for....again I'm confused so I just hit delete. I hope this helps

Call closed effectively in the second remote-support call with Cobweb & MS support. But that was after many false starts and it wasn't clear that MS were adding much. 24 days to close with what turned out in the end to be a fairly straightforward remedy.

This support was slow, it took a long time to receive answers to my emails. And, incorrect info was given more than once about what the problem was and how to resolve. The people supported did not seem to know how to resolve the issue.

Ok. You hate Macs. So tedious when you can’t advise, the technology to share screens fails, no follow up/ call backs. I had to chase and figure out somehow. Thanks for nothing

1.The whole process (still ongoing) has taken over 1 month to transfer service and hosting from another provider at considerable cost 2. The time taken having to sit at the computer was far, far greater than acceptable for someone who has to work for a living 3. No warning was given by the sales staff that the process would be so time consuming and expensive. There have been 2 episodes when further money has been required by you in order to complete the transfer. This is poor ethics 4.There are still unsolved problems

Spoke to someone last Saturday who asked me to ring back today (Monday) as he wasn't in a position to guide me through re-activating my Blackberry after the Cobweb servive failed whilst I was abroad and had roaming switched off for some time.
