“We revieved some spoofing email. I checked and asked if they could be blocked. I was told that a solution was available. It turned out that we had requested the option to be turned on a few months ago. When I asked why it wasn't slected I was told there was no record of the request. I found the incident number and passed it on but I've not a reply to this.”
