I received an email saying 'The set-up of your account has been completed and by now you will have received your login details', but I hadn;t received any info or login details and had to chase login info and what to do throughout process.

The Openreach infrastructure used by Cobweb is overloaded and gives a broadband service that far inferior to the average performace reported by Ofcom. I stay with Cobweb through inertia but I would not recommend anybody else to use it.

lack of expertise in how to resolve an issue that could improve cobweb going forward, also even after 20 years as a customer I do not get the return in commitment as I have given to cobweb.

The issue is still not resolved. We are still experiencing trouble in accessing Office 365 folders. Our IT support company have run checks on our network and can find nothing wrong. I believe the next step was going to be to get Microsoft involved. At the moment, e-mail is very frustrating for our users.

I did not have any help in the set up process. And still I have not figured out how to set up OneDrive, Skype for Business appointments does not work in Outlook etc etc

We revieved some spoofing email. I checked and asked if they could be blocked. I was told that a solution was available. It turned out that we had requested the option to be turned on a few months ago. When I asked why it wasn't slected I was told there was no record of the request. I found the incident number and passed it on but I've not a reply to this.
