“Well worth the money. CLS communicate quickly and efficiently. Ryan, Emma and Amy worked tirelessly to ensure that I had the best possible deal and that I was always aware of what was happening. “Angela little was fantastic. Very helpful from day one, very knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly and with knowledge no hesitation. Spoke first on a Saturday and just 10 days later I had my mortgage approved and at a rate I felt was better than I could have got on my own.”

“Overall my experience with CLS has been amazing, and Sue Bruns made it so. As a first time buyer I was super nervous, didn’t have a clue how it all worked etc etc. I sent Sue all the information required, and she worked super hard to get us what we needed to secure our first home. She was very transparent and honest with the lenders appropriate for my partner and I with our circumstances, answered all queries I had efficiently and I couldn’t have been happier. Very communicative, and I felt well informed every step of the way. Sue got us a lender that offered us a mortgage that’s been accepted, and currently going through the process of buying our first home! Thank you Sue, your an asset to CLS money.”

“I had a really good experience with this company. I had been refused a mortgage elsewhere because they weren't happy with the valuation on the property but CLS got me a mortgage offer I am 3 days. I dealt with Frankie and Gemma and they were both really helpful and quick to respond to everything. Amongst the stress of selling and buying a house it was a breath of fresh air how easy this was.”

“Once again an excellent service from CLS Money for arranging my BTL mortgage renewal. After searching for some rates myself I was not able to get the excellent rate that CLS secured for me and without a renewal fee! I have saved myself a significant amount of money than what it would have cost me had I arranged this new mortgage myself. Gemma May is a credit to the company for her knowledge in what she does and excellent customer service skills and also would like to thank Rachael Marcucci for overseeing the process and ensuring everything ran smoothly, whilst keeping me updated. 10/10 service!!”

“Angela Little thank you for everything. Great communication throughout and everything dealt with on my behalf which took out all of the hassle of remortgaging and having access to the app at any hour is just amazing. Emma also did a brilliant job and update me every time via email and phone. Ellen from the insurance department took her time to explain what type of insurance it will suit me the best. Well done and so happy that I had all this ladies helping me. Thank you”

“From first call to mortgage offer in 10 days - that says it all! - and I locked in a great rate before BoE rate changes impacted products. I phoned Angela Little on a Sunday and she answered and gave advice that day. The process was smooth and i was well informed all the way. Highly recommend and will use again.”
