“I would highly recommend CLS Money, I’ve used them now for over 5 years, they are true professionals and make everything possible when it comes to remortgaging. I’d like to pay a special mention to Chloe Coleman, she stepped up during her colleagues absence and dealt with our queries incredibly quickly. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she explained everything clearly, which gave us real reassurance that our remortgage was progressing smoothly. “Was told by every other mortgage advisor that I could get a mortgage or would have to pay a high deposit but when I found cls and put a quote in I was contacted on the same day by Charlie and had a mortgage in principle within 24 hours at a 10% deposit and through out the whole process Charlie and his team made everything super easy and stress free.”

“We used CLS when we bought our house and had a great experience, so I was pleased when Zac, our new broker, got in touch to help us with our remortgage. We just needed a short call and he got all the information needed to find us a great deal on the same day. Zac worked quickly to secure us a great rate literally the day before the rates increased, saving us £3000 over the fixed term of our new deal. The fees are great value for money and actually we've saved considerable amounts of money by using CLS rather than doing it ourselves. Zac has kept us updated throughout and always gets back to us quickly with any questions we've had. The best part is that we know he's going to continue to monitor the rates for us so that we can feel confident that we're getting the best price.”
