“I cannot fault CLS money. Communication from the get go was faultless, I never had any questions gone unanswered and they made the process so smooth and nothing was too much to ask. I mainly dealt with Megan and Chloe and they were just amazing from beginning to end.”

“We were sceptical at first because CLS was so far down the country and we are in County Durham, but they have been fantastic. We struggled to get our mortgage for so long but CLS sorted it out quickly. Their communication was excellent, and staff are friendly and easy to reach if you have a question via phone or email. “This is our 2nd Review because we missed 2 very important people out of the initial one. Our initial review thanked the main Mortgage side of the team at CLS, but in that one we missed out Kate (Protection Team) and her apprentice Katie, and there is no way we could happily send in a review without including these two lovely people - hence us sending a 'follow on' now. Kate has been our main contact throughout the Insurance side of things, and Katie has been our sort of 'go-between' when it has come to obtaining all the nitty gritty details from us. These two are a brilliant team and both have been completely lovely throughout. I probably sound like I'm gushing about them a bit, but every bit is deserved. Kate's patience with me (I'm terrible when it comes to contact) has been immense, she makes us feel as though nothing is too much trouble. And Katie's friendly but professional manner has made answering all the required questions a much easier job. I would highly recommend CLS to anyone, purely on the back of the 4 people we have dealt with. I'd like to say thank you to all of them.”

“CLS have been an amazing company to deal with. Our personal circumstances were considered, and not just our credit rating. It's nice to be treated as a person rather than a statistic. Both Megan & Chloe have been fantastic. Everything was explained at every stage, and they really took the worry out of the experience. CLS fees are very reasonable, and you only pay once. So, when it's time to switch again, there's No fee.”

“We can't thank Caitlin, Megan and their team enough for all the support and guidance they gave us during this process.
