“We used CLS when we bought our house and had a great experience, so I was pleased when Zac, our new broker, got in touch to help us with our remortgage. We just needed a short call and he got all the information needed to find us a great deal on the same day. Zac worked quickly to secure us a great rate literally the day before the rates increased, saving us £3000 over the fixed term of our new deal. The fees are great value for money and actually we've saved considerable amounts of money by using CLS rather than doing it ourselves. Zac has kept us updated throughout and always gets back to us quickly with any questions we've had. The best part is that we know he's going to continue to monitor the rates for us so that we can feel confident that we're getting the best price.”

“If I could shout from every roof top in the whole country about the service we received from CLS on the whole but in particular, Charlie as our advisor, I would never stop shouting! We initially spoke with Charlie at the very beginning of our mortgage journey but we ultimately decided to go with a local broker so we could have that face to face service and we knew where we could go if things went wrong, and they did. We, by coincidence from referral from another company we had spoken to, were referred back through to Charlie who remembered us straight away, already had pretty much everything he needed and he went and worked his magic. A week later we were the proud owners of a formal mortgage offer. Charlie talked us through every step, answered every (probably mostly silly) question we had and was genuinely happy to be helping us. His administrator Lauren became our point of contact after the application was submitted and she was also an angel sent from above. She calmed me down when I was stressing, was 100% on the ball for getting and chasing updates and honestly we could not have asked for better people to bring us through this rollercoaster. Completion date is now confirmed and movers are booked in and it’s all thanks to Charlie and Lauren who I will eternally consider to be our guardian angels!”

“Many thanks to CLS and in particular Lauren and Megan for the top class service I received. Being self employed, navigating the rocky road to a re-mortgage has been very testing and I had tried two other brokerage companies without success before finding CLS. From the start I knew I had the right team on the job as the very first thing they did was actually listen before setting off in the right direction for my circumstances. Their communication was fast and effective and, even though my situation was not so straight forward, I had a re-mortgage in place within a few weeks.
