“I cannot recommend CLS Money enough, they very quickly found me a mortgage lender with good rates and helped every step of the way! Even when I was bombarding with questions and emails, Chloe Coleman, responded promptly every time! “I have recently just completed on the purchase of my new home. Caitlyn and Chloe Coleman were amazing. With a few missed payments I turned to them for help in getting a mortgage. The Morgage in principle was in place with 24 hours and the Morgage application was easy and that was because my contact was then, they told me what they needed and helped. I then had a Morgage offer in place within 24 hours. The mirage they obtained for me was also with a lender that was very responsive and quick. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you”

“I’ve recently been dealing with CLS Money regarding a remortgage, and overall I’ve been very happy with the service. The process has been quite complicated, with a number of issues involving documentation, redemption statements, identity checks and the legal side of the remortgage. Despite this, the team at CLS have continued to work through the issues and keep things moving. Charlotte and Caitlyn have both been helpful and have kept me updated throughout the process. There have been times when communication between the different parties could have been clearer, and some things have taken longer than expected, which has understandably been frustrating. However, I appreciate that some of these delays have been outside CLS's direct control. What I’ve particularly appreciated is that they have continued to chase things up and help resolve problems rather than leaving me to deal with everything myself. It’s been a stressful and complicated process, but I’m grateful for the help and persistence from the CLS team. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker, especially if their circumstances are more complicated and require someone to keep on top of the different parties involved.”
