“My brokers Charlie and Lauren at CLS money have been brilliant! There has been a lot backwards and forwards to the lender and switching of property purchase and they have always been so helpful and determined to secure my mortgage and it paid off. I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you!”

“We have used Melissa at CLS for 6 years now-completed two remortgages and now a remortgage on a new property. We would highly recommend Melissa and Nicole who steps in during her absence. They are very thorough and honest throughout the process. Melissa is extremely responsive and easy to contact- making a stressful process very seamless while both working ourselves. “CLS offer a great service. After most brokers told us we wouldn’t get a mortgage due to our credit history we nearly gave up before finding CLS. Four years on and they have now secured us a mortgage through a high street bank. Would recommend them to anyone, 5 star service!”

“spoke to Charlie on day one, and honestly, I thought getting a mortgage would be impossible due to my bad credit. However, he made what felt impossible become possible. Throughout the entire process, both Charlie and Lauren were incredibly supportive. They helped me with everything I needed and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. At one point, I had completely lost hope of ever getting a mortgage—but thanks to Charlie and Lauren, here we are today. I truly appreciate your service, your kindness, and the way you handled such a complex case like mine. All the credit goes to you both. “We used CLS Money for our Right to Buy mortgage and the whole process took nearly 2 years from start to finish. It wasn’t the most straightforward case as my parents have some bad credit history, but they still managed to get us a decent deal in the end. Communication was clear throughout and they were always helpful whenever we had questions. As first time buyers we weren’t familiar with a lot of the process, but they explained things well and kept us updated at every stage. Overall a very good experience and I’d recommend CLS Money to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.”
