“My mortgage was coming to an end and i was looking to remortgage Chloe Coleman was amazing she was so helpful,polite and professional. Chloe kept me upyo date with progress with emails and phonecalls. This is the 2nd time ive used CLS and i cant imagine going to anyone or anywhere else. Thankyou Chloe for all your help.”

“Brilliant service for buying a house, great price very professional friendly and concise. “Frankie and Nicole wow what can I say we was in a very stressful situation with 6 children renting our property for 14 years when our landlord decided to sell we spoke with 5 mortgage advisors and was told we could not borrow enough due to our situation went online and Cls popped up thought I would give it one last try as we were boxing up our belongings with no where to go spoke with Frankie who was amazing but I didn’t quite believe it was possible when she told me she could get me a mortgage but decided to at least try while looking for rented properties there was plenty of bumps along the way but no matter what it was Frankie was there to sort it even when our landlord decided to pull out she kept going I honestly can’t thank you all enough we made it even after exchange I thought something has to go wrong but no completed and we can finally say it is now our home I can’t thank you enough Frankie and Nicole you made our and the children’s dreams come true definitely worth every penny and more”

“The whole team at CLS has been amazing throughout the process. They explained everything in detail, were always on hand to help or answer my numerous questions, and constantly chased 3rd parties for updates or information.
