“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with CLS Money. Jamie and Rachel were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire mortgage process. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. They made every step of the process clear and easy to understand, taking away so much of the stress that comes with arranging a mortgage. I genuinely felt supported from start to finish, and they worked incredibly hard to secure the best mortgage for my circumstances. “Fantastic work from Megan Thirkettle and Frankie Butt - I was failing to get a DIP when using an IFA and also another broker. I knew that if a human underwriter looked at the whole picture rather than AI/automated scoring I would be fine. I got in touch and very quickly had a call from Frankie where we talked everything through and she reassured me that everything looked fine and they would put me before the best lender. A few hours later I had a decision in principle and the case moved over to Megan who worked it with the lender and also kept me updated. Fast forward 9 working days after the initial call and I have the full mortgage offer and couldn't be happier!”
