“We have to thank CLS money and epically Chloe for helping and guiding us through our mortgage process! She was an absolute god send for us, completely took the stress and panick out of it all. We could message at any time of the day and Chloe would be back in touch within minutes to help! No matter what by the end of the day this woman had an update no matter! “100% outstanding. It's been a long process over a year through me not being good with email and computers. Lee Turner at cls has done everything for me. Absolutely brilliant service even when I was struggling to find the right property he waited and checked in every few weeks even stepping in to send stuff through to the estate agent because I didn't know how to. I would 100% recommend Lee no question in my mind. Thank you mate.”

“Absolutely superb from start to finish on getting a buy to let Morgage the process so easy and all staff that dealt with me so nice polite and extremely helpful I highly recommend didn’t think I could get a morgage as the estate agents put me onto a morgage broker that said couldn’t help me”

“First of all we want to say how fantastic Charlie McEachern was in helping us get our mortgage, from the outset he was so efficient and made it a hassle free experience… we had our DIP within an hour!!! He reassured us in every way, there was no problem, no surprises. We’d had a negative experience prior to contacting CLS and worried that things might go wrong again. We think he went over and above in a cheerful, helpful way. No hesitation recommending this company and Charlie! Our next advisor was Lauren Passmore and Chloe who kept us updated throughout the process, again great experience with very regular contact and updates until the day of completion on our house purchase. House buying and selling is not an easy process but CLS made the financial part so much clearer and treated us with respect and courtesy throughout. Absolutely delighted with this company. Brilliant. “My initial contact was Jamie. He has been excellent and put me through the right direction. But more recently Chloe Coleman has been excellent. She is polite and more importantly prompt. She has helped me a great deal and answered all my questions and requests. I am not perticularly computer literate and she helped me out on more than one occassion. She has been very patient with me. She will make an excellent addition to any team. I wish her all the very best in life.”

“Was told by every other mortgage advisor that I could get a mortgage or would have to pay a high deposit but when I found cls and put a quote in I was contacted on the same day by Charlie and had a mortgage in principle within 24 hours at a 10% deposit and through out the whole process Charlie and his team made everything super easy and stress free.”
