“CLS really assisted us to get our mortgage secured in a difficult position. We needed someone at the other end of an email and not a ‘computer says no’ review of our application. Process took about 5:6 weeks from contacting CLS to completion of our mortgage and purchase / move. Sian, Gemma and Amy were all extremely helpful and understanding in communication and proactive in all stages of application.”

“Contacted this company to see about getting a mortgage and as a first time buyer I’d not got a clue what I was doing. I got Gemma who was super helpful and helped me get a very good mortgage she became a good friend and took all the stress off of me and got me a cracking deal. Would highly recommend her.”

“CLS are amazing. Me and my partner both had defaults on our credit scores from years ago which we was being offered very high interest rates, CLS where brilliant at finding us the best offer they possibly could, I will definitely be recommending them in the future. Victoria and Sophie were so helpful and made us feel at ease about the whole situation. Will definitely be using again.”

“I am so pleased I reached out to CLS for help with getting a mortgage. After some disappointing news from a different broker we had lost hope of getting an affordable deal. Frankie called me back straight away and has been so quick and helpful throughout. I love the fact that she explains everything in plain English without using all the jargon. I can't thank Frankie enough, she's been absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!”

“I had a very good experience with CLS money, they have always answered my queries promptly and they provide a thorough explanation, they are able to explain complicated mortgages issues very simply ( like best case scenario and worse case scenario, which is so helpful in the decision making ) I am happy to recommend them to my friends and family”

“Amy Randall was one of the three solicitors I had, she was patient with my many questions and very responsive. Great level of service and helped me get my first flat & mortgage over the line, with the many extras attached such as life insurance content protection and many more. Thank you CLS team for making this possible when I had poor credit. I will be back for the remortgage in the future ☺️”

“I found CLS having struggled to get a mortgage with other brokers. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to proceed with my purchase, but Frankie submitted my mortgage in principle the day after I first enquired and was able to find me a suitable mortgage at a level that I could afford. Emma was amazing at keeping me informed throughout with frequent communication and answered all of my questions. The team made what had been a stressful situation really straightforward and I honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend CLS to my family and friends. “Absolutely Brilliant team. At 50 years of age didn't expect to need a mortgage. C.L.S. team made this possible. Handled everything.. always on the end of the phone to answer any questions. My move went through in two months. The solicitors they recommend also brilliant..P.C.S legal top company lovely helpful Staff. Two company's work so well together. Can't thank you all enough.. 👍👍.
