“Extremely happy with the service provided by Jamie and Emma at CLS. We were looking for a 95% LTV mortgage but due to some missed payments from 4 years ago, other brokers had told us there was no hope unless we had a much larger deposit. For us, this wasn’t feasible and we thought we would have to keep saving for another year and the home we wanted, would be gone! We didn’t want to settle and searched for someone that could help and found CLS. Jamie phoned me the following day and assured me this is something he could help with. Within a matter of hours he had found us a product that fit our criteria and had an AIP in place which allowed us to reserve our new home! He kept us informed at all times and has been on hand to answer the numerous questions we had. Could not recommend this broker enough! We were quite anxious about whether or not we would secure a mortgage offer due to conversations with other brokers, but Jamie reassured us that we would be fine and he was sure we would get some positive news. Today we received the mortgage offer and are excited for the next steps! End to end this whole process has taken a week and the speed and quality of service has been excellent. I would recommend CLS to anyone struggling to find the right mortgage for them. Thanks again to Jamie and Emma for their continued support throughout the whole process.”

“It takes a lot for me to write a review, a company has to excel at what they promise, and most importantly, deliver on that promise. I have no hesitation in leaving a review for CLS Money, and more specifically for Lucy and Gemma who worked tirelessly to ensure that my mortgage application was successful. At the age of almost 40, I had never applied for a mortgage, yet Lucy was there to advise, guide and support through the application process- everything was explained and no question was to silly and I had a mortgage in principle very quickly. Once my offer was accepted, Gemma than took over dealing with the bank themselves, mine was not a straightforward application, however with Gemma’s tenacity it was approved. I cannot recommend CLS Money enough- They have helped me secure a property and been accessible and understanding all the way through! Every call has been answered or returned and the App is amazing Thank you to you all- everytime I relax in my new house, I’ll remember CLS.”

“Incredibly helpful and worth every penny. Finding a morgtage is hard enough, but when you need a specialist lender, having a broker makes all the difference. All the team, especially Amy were there for any and every question no matter how silly it felt. It gave us allot more confidence as FTB and we're couldn't be happier.”

“Had an amazing personalised customer service experience with George G. and Rachael M. from CLS. They worked really hard to make our mortgage approval possible, even in situations when it all seems impossible! Very reassuring, always at hand to anwser my ending questions. “Caitlyn has been amazing throughout this entire process - I was so nervous about this process as I never thought I'd be able to buy, so had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but she explained everything so clearly and simply. She made herself available to me whenever I needed it, made sure that I understood everything and provided me with much needed financial advise, but also supported me when I was doubting my decisions and helped me work through my thoughts and concerns about making the leap into home ownership. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and Sian has been amazing as well - whenever I had questions or didn't understand things she was super prompt in replying and made the process so smooth. It took two weeks from seeing my dream home to receiving my mortgage offer and I was told by friends and family for it to take a couple of months, so the service has been phenomenal and can't thank them enough!”

“I am delighted to share my experience with CLS Money and their outstanding mortgage advisor, James. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. As someone who has been through the mortgage process before, I can confidently say that James went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. James was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire remortgaging process and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. He provided sound advice and made sure that I fully understood all of my options before making any decisions. I felt completely supported throughout the entire process, which made the experience much less stressful than it could have been. The communication from James and the CLS Money team was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any queries I had. They made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. “Fantastic team, dealt with everything in a timely professional manner. Nothing was overlooked and no queries we had were made a mockery of. Special mention for Gemma who went above and beyond our expectations. Gemma explained the various options we had in detail and in a “lingo” we understood helping us achieve our goal!
