“When I had lost hope of finding a good agent, luckily, I found Frankie and Lauren. They reignited my hope to get a house. Their knowledge, problem solving attitude and prompt response helped me secure a mortgage offer within a week when other agents wouldn't bother to invest time in my situation. Their excellent negotiation skills pulled back my valuation date by 2 weeks. CLS app allowed me to communicate to both of them at all times instantly. I never had to share any information twice, and I didn't have to chase my agent at all. I was still followed up after getting the offer to check if I was doing alright. That is the definition of service for me, I'm really thankful. It was worth it. Please reach out to Lauren & Frankie.”

“I would like to thank Ms Sue Burns of CLS Money for her help in getting our mortgage. We have just arrived in the UK and find the mortgage application to be not easy. “Omg 5 stars is not enough for these people After being let down by the bank we called these and right from the word go they have been great. They helped us sort out a mortgage and even when a few other hiccups came up they helped us to sort them out so Grateful. They kept us informed all the way through such good value for money too a massive shout out to sue for all your help”

“I used CLS for buying my first Property and I cant fault them! Melissa always got back to me quickly and was so helpful as I had so many questions where I had never been through the process before. “CLS arranged my mortgage two years ago, and Melissa Woolley was brilliant. So my fixed rate just came to an end adding an eyewatering £700 to my monthly payment. A couple of calls later and Melissa had arranged a new fixed rate, this time for longer and reduced the sting by over £500 - and all with the same lender. With interest rates already climbing I couldn't be happier with this result. Outstanding! Thank you Melissa.”

“I’ve had a great experience with CLS ! Angela little you have truly been fantastic from day one. I knew it was going to be difficult getting my mortgage ..but you did it and I can’t thank you enough . Thank you for keeping me calm When I have been a bit stressed and panicky.
