“Honestly over the moon, Thankyou so much to Lauren and Megan for all your help 🫶🏻 we came across CLS after another mortgage fell through and honestly the smoothest quickest process as first time buyers what more can you ask for, super helpful and amazing communication. Love how you have the app makes it even quicker. We contacted them Wednesday by the Friday application was submitted and by the following Tuesday application accepted! Thankyou for your service x”

“CLS helped me remortgage my house right in the middle of the 2022 Trussonomics interest rate hike, and not only got me a better deal than I could get anywhere else, but supported me throughout the process with really clear and frequent communication. “Paul and Emma were outstanding through every step of the process. I had lost hope of ever getting a mortgage; having bad credit, gone through a separation and buying a house with gifted equity. Paul was assigned as my mortgage adviser and found me an extremely competitive rate - especially for my situation. Other mortgage brokers could only produce illustrations for mortgages where payments were £200pm higher! I was supported and updated throughout, any questions swiftly dealt with, along with timely gentle prods for me to submit my documentation. Would recommend to anyone thinking that they might not be eligible for a mortgage.”

“Charlotte Pottle and her team have been amazing and extremely patient with us in securing additional borrowing (which had been ongoing for a period of time). “CLS Money helped me with remortgaging my property. From start to finish I was impressed with the service they provided. Sue Bruns dealt with my mortgage application and she was fantastic from start to completion. It can be quite daunting, when applying for a mortgage as there are a lot of figures involved and it’s a big commitment, however after speaking with Sue I instantly felt at ease, she was able to clearly explain everything to me and answered the many questions I had. I felt no pressure to agree to anything I wasn’t happy with and she laid everything out in simple terms that made the entire process run smoothly. Gemma Bentley was involved with helping my application get over the line and she did a smashing job in communicating everything with me promptly, leaving me no time to worry. Thank you”

“From the very beginning CLS money was very professional, and gave me and my partner a lot of options what to do. Two names I would like to mention for there support during this are Charlotte and Amy. Without these two we wouldn’t of achieved what we did, so I personally thank them for all the hard work and determination they put into this for myself and my partner, into securing our mortgage for us.
