“All the staff at CLS have been helpful and communication generally good. The process took rather longer than expected (various issues, not CLS’s fault) but got there in the end.”

“I have way more to say about CLS than I can fit in here but my main points are: my first call to them was fantastic, they were helpful, empathetic and knowledgable. When we were ready for a mortgage (following a bridging loan) it took 4 emails before I got a response, I had to chase them. Again they were helpful and informative. When we hit some bumps I found I felt a little ignored, again I had to chase for any response and their knowledge lacked slightly. But when we were back on track again the wonderful Amy took over. Amy is responsive, polite and sympathetic. Because we changed mortgage provider half way though we did find we had lots of additional calls about insurance that we had already completed with CLS, this was annoying and avoidable but they eventually stopped. All in all I would recommend CLS for a simple remortgage, maybe ours was too complicated but it has left us feeling slightly undervalued and their lack of knowledge has left us £1,000s worse off because of the additional bridging fees. Completion doesn’t have that sense of celebration that we would normally feel. I think that a review should give a full picture and I hope that I can give praise where it’s due and help others with their decision based on our own experience.”

“CLS are amazing. Me and my partner both had defaults on our credit scores from years ago which we was being offered very high interest rates, CLS where brilliant at finding us the best offer they possibly could, I will definitely be recommending them in the future. Victoria and Sophie were so helpful and made us feel at ease about the whole situation. Will definitely be using again.”

“Overall we were very satisfied with CLS Money's service, arranging our mortgage etc. Most of their staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The reason this review wasn't 5 stars was a mistake was made on our original mortgage application and this caused some anguish. However, we were very satisfied at the effort CLS MONEY made to resolve this.”

“The support from Amy was fantastic - she kept regular contact and would chase things up consistently. Her support through the process was exceptional. The downside of the process was the legal services that were used. Integrar had no personalised email correspondence - all automated and when you needed further support they did not respond - they were terrible. Amy was persistent in chasing this up and trying to iron out issues - but it was difficult. Thank you Amy for all your professionalism and efficient support.”
