“Very kind and very fast. It took only 2 months from start to finish of our home buy, even if we have had trouble with other brokers as one of us is self employed. We were kept up to date always, even when there was no news we got a call to say they had no news, which was very helpful. They dealt with everything on a very professional way. We cannot thank them enough. I would recommend their services to everyone who is looking for a professional help on their journey. Thank you to all at CLS Money who have helped us and supported us and made it possible to own our first ever home :)”

“A bit on the expensive side but worth every penny so far. I cannot fault the service received from Jamie and Emma. The team including receptionists and assistants are professional, friendly and efficient. I am a first time buyer (shared ownership) and was a bit baffled by all the terminology, different people I had to deal with, and the various processes to start with, but they have guided me through each step patiently, and made themselves available to me on the same, or very next day when I have had questions or queries. I started the mortgage process CLS Money mid February and have just received my mortgage offer (early April), so I expect to complete sometime in May or early June - around 15 to 16 weeks in total - so not bad at all - and exactly what they predicted!. I highly recommend Jamie and Emma at CLS Money. Thank you both for all your hard work on my behalf. Keep up the good work!”

“I started a conversation with George just a week ago and have already received a mortgage offer - hooray! George and Rachael have kept me informed of each step in the process so far - I will be recommending them and CLS Money to all of my friends :-) My remortgage was a bit of a tricky situation - not a problem for these guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“We are not happy at all with this service. Not using in the future, due to the many misunderstandings, and lack of commitment in our opinion from this company. Once they got the deal for you, then you are almost left to yourself. We had to pay 2 the mortgage in a month. Also the rate we were promised changed almost at the end when we were checking if that was confirmed. This is not the right approach and they made mistakes along the line that costs us extra money”

“We were desperate to keep our childhood home within the family but needed a mortgage to buy my sisters out. As we are in our late 50s, we knew this wasnt going to be easy (and maybe not even affordable). After going to a couple of brokers who could only offer higher interest rates and an 11 year term, I finally found Sue Bruns at CLS Money and what a find that turned out to be! I made the initial enquiry on the Saturday and by the Tuesday, Sue and her colleague, Gemma Bentley ,had made sure that I had not only received a Decision in Principle, but also the confirmed mortgage offer from a High St lender! The offer I received was for a 16 year term, and at a 1.5% lower fixed 5 yr rate than the previous cheapest quote from the other brokers! Saving us over £400 per month! Sue and Gemma were superb, very responsive, understanding and helpful. I felt like they were on our side from the start. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough . Thank you, Sue and Gemma! You are angels in disguise!”

“What can I say .... 2 day turn around from application to mortgage offer. Hi Kayleigh & Andrew Smith, We’re sorry you feel this way. I have looked at your enquiry and can see when you originally spoke to Frankie about buying your Local Authority property you advised you could buy this for £112,000. Over the coming months Frankie was calling the council on your behalf for the Right to Buy papers, which when they did come through, the amount to purchase this was in fact £288,000 meaning the loan was now unaffordable. This is the lenders decision not ours. I am sorry we were unable to help you on this occasion. Regards, Harley

“We initially used CLS as a broker to find a mortgage with a specialist lender due to an adverse credit history. They were very helpful and with their help we were able to secure a mortgage and buy a house we otherwise wouldn't have been able to get. Two years later when the initial fixed term was expiring, we tried a couple of other mortgage advisors in the hope of getting a better rate from a more mainstream lender, but after several weeks of frustration and little progress, we returned to CLS. The service we received was miles better than we had received elsewhere. Not only were they much more efficient and proactive than the other advisors we had tried, but they got us a mortgage with an excellent interest rate in a very challenging market. Our main contact was called Charlotte, and she was unbelievably helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service”
