“I am delighted to share my experience with CLS Money and their outstanding mortgage advisor, James. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. As someone who has been through the mortgage process before, I can confidently say that James went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. James was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire remortgaging process and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. He provided sound advice and made sure that I fully understood all of my options before making any decisions. I felt completely supported throughout the entire process, which made the experience much less stressful than it could have been. The communication from James and the CLS Money team was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any queries I had. They made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. Overall, I cannot recommend CLS Money and James enough. If you are looking for a reliable and professional mortgage advisor, then look no further. They provide an outstanding service and have a real understanding of their clients' needs. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.”

“Both Charlotte and Sian have been knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly throughout. Having never been through this process before I was not sure what to expect but nothing was too much trouble for them, even my millions of questions! From start to finish the process was so straight forward and dealt with promptly. Thank You so much both of you!”

“Fantastic team, dealt with everything in a timely professional manner. Nothing was overlooked and no queries we had were made a mockery of. Special mention for Gemma who went above and beyond our expectations. Gemma explained the various options we had in detail and in a “lingo” we understood helping us achieve our goal! We got a mortgage that we are 100% happy with. Will definitely be recommending CLS to everyone”

“CLS Money have been amazing from start to finish. They helped us secure a mortgage for our new home when others said they couldn’t help. The communication and customer service was absolutely fantastic. The whole team have been fantastic especially Frankie and Emma who have looked after us and guided us through this whole process. “Caitlyn and her team have consistently gone above and beyond for us. Honestly cannot sing the firms praises enough. We had such a tricky case and Caitlyn and CLS made it look easy. A number of other firms turned us away and didn't want to help/couldn't help so it was extremely refreshing to just have everything handled for us. Shout out to Amy for chasing our solicitors for us as well - Will be recommending everyone who needs mortgage assistance to CLS Money! 100/10. Massive thanks again guys!”
