“We chose cls as im self employed and wanted the best chance of getting a mortgage, not only did i get a mortgage but i got a good rate and exceptional service all the way through from steve,lilly,rachael and shannon. They chased every request, checked up on us frequently and i couldnt be happier, by far the best company i dealt with throughout my buying process.”

“Outstanding service I did a remortgage enquiry on 20th October Paul Merrett was my advisor, he was brilliant, non judgmental and worked hard to find me a lender. Once we agreed on the lender and rates I was handed over to Amy Randall for the next steps of the process and she has been amazing, kept me up to date with any updates from the lender and solicitors. I can proudly say my completion date is now on Monday 19th December. That’s 2 months from start to finish, excellent service, excellent communication and I would highly recommend this company.”

“CLS Money was recommended to me by a friend who used their services to obtain a mortgage. On the back of the recommendation I called CLS Money and spoke to Steve to explain my situation as it was by no means straight forward. I'm a company owner and a sole trader, but my company is located in the United States (not the UK) so my application was quite unique and would need some explaining. Steve & Gemma worked tirelessly with the bank and did not give up until the mortgage was approved. I'm now looking forward to moving in to my new home! Thanks Steve & Gemma & the team at CLS Money! “Found CLS on a web search and so glad I did! Caitlyn did her utmost to find the best product for us whilst being friendly and informative. Once we had decided on the product, we were passed onto Amy to take us through to completion. Amy kept us up to date by reassuring us that all was going to plan and was there to answer any queries - again friendly and professional.
