“Lauren was great through the whole process very helpful polite always answer my phone calls help me through the app as I’m not very technical I could not recommend her more I am so pleased also I like to mention Megan who was very helpful and very Professional I would recommend CLS money to anyone thanks girls you were brilliant”

“What can I say .... 2 day turn around from application to mortgage offer. Frankie Butt and Emma Mitchell are amazing Kept me up to date all the way through the process (Albeit a very short process for me) CLS have provided where other brokers have failed to even respond to enquiries. “My advisor was Frankie and all she did was keep telling me lies. Thank you Frankie for the false hope and lies and wasting my time. Communication was shocking aswell now I’m being ignored”

Hi Kayleigh & Andrew Smith, We’re sorry you feel this way. I have looked at your enquiry and can see when you originally spoke to Frankie about buying your Local Authority property you advised you could buy this for £112,000. Over the coming months Frankie was calling the council on your behalf for the Right to Buy papers, which when they did come through, the amount to purchase this was in fact £288,000 meaning the loan was now unaffordable. This is the lenders decision not ours. I am sorry we were unable to help you on this occasion. Regards, Harley

“We initially used CLS as a broker to find a mortgage with a specialist lender due to an adverse credit history. They were very helpful and with their help we were able to secure a mortgage and buy a house we otherwise wouldn't have been able to get. Two years later when the initial fixed term was expiring, we tried a couple of other mortgage advisors in the hope of getting a better rate from a more mainstream lender, but after several weeks of frustration and little progress, we returned to CLS. The service we received was miles better than we had received elsewhere. Not only were they much more efficient and proactive than the other advisors we had tried, but they got us a mortgage with an excellent interest rate in a very challenging market. Our main contact was called Charlotte, and she was unbelievably helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service”

“CLS really assisted us to get our mortgage secured in a difficult position. We needed someone at the other end of an email and not a ‘computer says no’ review of our application. Process took about 5:6 weeks from contacting CLS to completion of our mortgage and purchase / move. Sian, Gemma and Amy were all extremely helpful and understanding in communication and proactive in all stages of application.”

“Contacted this company to see about getting a mortgage and as a first time buyer I’d not got a clue what I was doing. I got Gemma who was super helpful and helped me get a very good mortgage she became a good friend and took all the stress off of me and got me a cracking deal. Would highly recommend her.”

“CLS are amazing. Me and my partner both had defaults on our credit scores from years ago which we was being offered very high interest rates, CLS where brilliant at finding us the best offer they possibly could, I will definitely be recommending them in the future.
