What a shambles.
I asked my mortgage broker, Paul to include my solicitors fees in the loan, he said there would be a small fee and I would get this back through lender which was fine.
Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I was hit will a bill of £1,500 from the solicitor which was obviously a huge shock. When I approached Paul, he didn’t respond to emails and totally ignore my calls.
A simple thing like remortgaging shouldn’t be as hard and costly as it was with this company. Would never recommend
