“I went to CLS money as I was a first time buyer and Lauren passmore what can I say she was so help full all the way keeping me up to date and sorting everything out for me , she is such a lovely lady alway happy to take my call and emails , I would recommend CLS money to every one”

“Amazing service. Caitlyn and Sian have been so helpful through the whole process. I had tried to remortgage the property before but found it difficult as our property is next to a pub. Caitlyn found a lender willing to lend to us. Due to work commitments I wasn’t also easy to contact on the phone but the messaging service through the secure app made it so much easier.”

“Frankin, Megan and Leanne assisted me with home mover mortgage. The application was quite tricky as I had only started a temp position but also were able to source a lender who would take benefits as primary income. The team kept in regular contact with me and took all the stress from the application. I would highly recommend CLS”

“We came to CLS needing help finding an HMO mortgage with good interest rate in a challenging market. The communication with James and Victoria was great and they ensured I had all the information I needed and always responded promptly. I have several other brokers but CLS provided the best offers and service, we recently received the offer from our lender and we're very happy to have worked with CLS and will certainly be happy to work with them again.”

“Lucy Franklin was absolutely brilliant, personable, professional, informed at every stage. Felt like I was being supported by a friend and really worked to broker me a deal in desperate circumstances due to failings by others. I had 2 previous brokers who could not broker me a deal and that speaks volumes about Lucy’s work and effort. Thank you.”

“Lucy in particular and Gemma have been fantastic. Anyone reading this, have no hesitation, after being messed around 7 weeks with another broker, Lucy got both an agreement in principle, and an offer within a week, and was patient and thorough throughout. Best service I’ve had from anybody in a long time”

“After calling multiple different mortgage advisors, we immediately noticed CLS took more off their time to make sure we was happy with everything. Our advisors Sue and Gemma they was amazing made a stressful process seamless, made me and my partner feel comfortable and confident with our decision to use CLS money. Was always up to date with information, couldn't recommend enough!”

“With the current madness in the mortgage market i was concerned that interest rates would keep rising and we had just entered our final 6months on our existing mortgage agreement. I phoned CLS and Charlie secured us the best deal on the market and within 48hours we had the mortgage approved and ready to start when our existing mortgage was due to finish. This ensured we could lock in a rate and not be hit by any ERC's. Charlie is also continueing to check to ensure no cheaper deals are available before this date. I would highly recommend CLS and will use them for my next remortgage.”

“When we first spoke to Paul about purchasing our dream house, we really didn't think we could borrow the amount we needed due to both being in new jobs and previously being self employed. Paul quickly (and seemingly miraculously) got us pre-approval for the amount we required. He was wonderful and really patient with me and our situation. Our offer was accepted and we were thrilled. Our case was then passed onto Victoria Fortescue who I can only describe as incredible. From taking over our case from an ill colleague, she was determined, kind and ALWAYS kept us updated with any progress. I made several mistakes with our application and Victoria was always so patient with me. I honestly can't recommend her enough. She managed to get our mortgage over the line and I really felt she was as pleased as we were! She was invested in our success and I can't tell her how much it was appreciated. I can't recommend her enough and I hope she gets a bit fat pay rise from being so blinking brilliant.”

“Why can't everything in life be a simple as using CLS Money? As a self-employed contractor, i found it difficult sourcing a competent mortgage broker who understood my situation and would simply find me the best mortgage offer for me to buy a property. The mortgage brokers who i dealt with prior to CLS Money either found my situation too complex for them to understand and assist with, or they simply didn't return my calls or e-mails. Feeling stuck and somewhat overwhelmed by the process i searched online for a mortgage broker, and fell upon CLS Money. From my very first contact with Caitlyn at CLS Money, the weight was taken off my shoulders and CLS Money did all of the leg work for me and simplified and explained to me what was required from my side in order to reach the end goal of obtaining a mortgage offer. As a Property Solicitor i frequently interact with mortgage brokers on a professional level but my experience with CLS Money has been truly outstanding and i would highly recommend their services and their fees are highly competitive (less than half of what i was quoted by a specialist self-employed mortgage broker) and worth every penny.”

“I have very recently had the pleasure of working with Lucy Franklin and Gemma Bentley to remortgage my home in Scotland. The process came at a time of extreme difficulty for me to say the least. Every issue that could possibly work against a mortgage applicant, I seemed to have. Lucy was perfectly reassuring throughout the process. She and Gemma truly care about the person that they are dealing with. That I have a mortgage offer in a space of about 3 weeks from when I first contacted CLS Money is the stuff of miracles. I could not possibly recommend them enough. I am most grateful for your very kind support and guidance.”
