“Caitlyn and her team have consistently gone above and beyond for us. Honestly cannot sing the firms praises enough. We had such a tricky case and Caitlyn and CLS made it look easy. A number of other firms turned us away and didn't want to help/couldn't help so it was extremely refreshing to just have everything handled for us. Shout out to Amy for chasing our solicitors for us as well - Will be recommending everyone who needs mortgage assistance to CLS Money! 100/10. Massive thanks again guys!”

“Sue and Gemma have been fantastic, we had issues with L&C because we weren't meeting the lending criteria for most highstreet banks and were worried our mortgage journey had ended before it had even began. I reached out to CLS after reading good reviews and was contacted the same evening by Sue. Sue was fantastic and helped us find the lender that was right for us and our circumstances. Sue and Gemma were responsive and informative, I was panicking a lot and they put me at ease! We're absolutely over the moon and can't give enough credit to CLS for their help. “When I phoned CLS a very helpful gentleman called George was on the other end. All I can say is not only was he professional understanding and so helpful he saved me from losing my house and that I will always be so eternally grateful. Dealing with George and rachael was the best thing i have ever done. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for taking some stress away from me. Kind regards Mrs m l ward”

“Had an amazing service from Amy of CLS, she kept us up to date on the progression of the sale of our property. Despite the some delays on the solicitors part, she remained to find ways on how she can help us speed things up. She is also easy to reach if you have any questions and would address all your questions to help ease anxiety. I would definitely recommend CLS money as your mortgage brokers in buying your property.”

“Very kind and very fast. It took only 2 months from start to finish of our home buy, even if we have had trouble with other brokers as one of us is self employed. We were kept up to date always, even when there was no news we got a call to say they had no news, which was very helpful. They dealt with everything on a very professional way. We cannot thank them enough. I would recommend their services to everyone who is looking for a professional help on their journey. Thank you to all at CLS Money who have helped us and supported us and made it possible to own our first ever home :)”

“A bit on the expensive side but worth every penny so far. I cannot fault the service received from Jamie and Emma. The team including receptionists and assistants are professional, friendly and efficient. I am a first time buyer (shared ownership) and was a bit baffled by all the terminology, different people I had to deal with, and the various processes to start with, but they have guided me through each step patiently, and made themselves available to me on the same, or very next day when I have had questions or queries. I started the mortgage process CLS Money mid February and have just received my mortgage offer (early April), so I expect to complete sometime in May or early June - around 15 to 16 weeks in total - so not bad at all - and exactly what they predicted!. I highly recommend Jamie and Emma at CLS Money. Thank you both for all your hard work on my behalf. Keep up the good work!”

“I started a conversation with George just a week ago and have already received a mortgage offer - hooray! George and Rachael have kept me informed of each step in the process so far - I will be recommending them and CLS Money to all of my friends :-) My remortgage was a bit of a tricky situation - not a problem for these guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“We are not happy at all with this service. Not using in the future, due to the many misunderstandings, and lack of commitment in our opinion from this company. Once they got the deal for you, then you are almost left to yourself. We had to pay 2 the mortgage in a month. Also the rate we were promised changed almost at the end when we were checking if that was confirmed. This is not the right approach and they made mistakes along the line that costs us extra money”
