We are not happy at all with this service.
Not using in the future, due to the many misunderstandings, and lack of commitment in our opinion from this company.
Once they got the deal for you, then you are almost left to yourself. We had to pay 2 the mortgage in a month. Also the rate we were promised changed almost at the end when we were checking if that was confirmed. This is not the right approach and they made mistakes along the line that costs us extra money
