“It took 2 weeks to reply to my request regarding a renewal. When I tried to call I couldn't get through, so quite pleased they won't be offering renewal and I won't have to deal with them again!”

“Phoned for a Motor Trade Combined quote. The adviser Rob Howard was excellent and very informative. Although the quote wasn't suitable his explanation on Motor Trade policies answered many questions about the exorbitant cost involved. Excellent service from Rob....if only other companies advisers were this straight talking so much of my time wouldn't get wasted! Many thanks and will try you again in the future.”
