Utterly appalling service from a raft of associated companies. Clegg Gifford and Tradex and Westminster Insurance. I have spent four months being passes from one clown to another, Alais-Hannah-Keiron-Kerryann-Lee Perior- and Uncle Tom Cobbley- from pillar to post. Attempting to discover if my clent, following a fatal accident in his taxi, was due a death payment. Then they wanted me to contact Kiindertons, another pathetic stalling tactic, and finally it's a company called Armour Risk, who guess what will not answer emails or phone calls. They don't deserve one star, and I am totally disgusted with the whole circus. I would advise never to use Clegg Gifford or Tradex.

Awful service, the positive reviews must be paid bribes. Over a month to get a response on an additional driver. If you call you're lucky to get through to anyone at all let alone the correct department, after waiting over an hour on hold. I'd avoid if I could, however being a broker sometimes there is no option but to deal with this 'company' (use company in the loosest term possible, more like clowns).

To update your MID it takes forever Information sent on Monday 16:02 uptill Friday 12:49 called them was told they still working on all the email why do we need to go through all this when you can do it by self on your phone ? They are full of rubbish I’m going loose a customer

Very helpful and friendly staff. Joanne slater today helped me renew my policy and was very helpful and quick dealing with me! I’ve used this company for many years now and have never had a problem with them, they are very competitive in price and I would recommend them.

I got my renewal with Clegg Clifford this year and i cant fault the customer service i have recieved. I initially spoke to Rebecca but after Sarah-Jane Tracey made sure my renewal went smootly. The lovely ladies are amazing and ever so helpful. I got prompt replies and didnt spend hours waiting on the phone to get through to somebody. Definitely recommend.
