“Great service. My lovely Jaguar has been insured for six years and the staff are really terrific. They are highly efficient and do their best to be as flexible as possible. They really appreciate renewed business unlike other companies who just hammer up premiums. Much better to talk to a real person and they answer the phone straight away. No complaints whatsoever.”

“I received a call not long after going on the site and putting my details in, I was well happy with the level of customer service I got from Rob, talked me through at every stage and the weight on my shoulders has lifted now. Excellent service from Rob, couldn't do enough for me, exceptional, will forward on to my mates about joining your company when their policy is up... 5 stars...Boom”

“Apart from being to expensive the staff l spoke JOANNE & Sherry in Particular was always helpful and explained Things quite clearly always returned emails and calls and the best thing was not having to wait on those automated systems well done girls👍”

“absoloutly rubbish service, been trying to contact the claims company for the past 5 days with no luck what so ever. I have spoken to the reception desk who have promised me that they would have someone contact me back but surprise serprise NOTHING. why is it i have to keep phoning you and have to wait on the line for over 45 min at a time. NO GOOD ENOUGH.”
