“absoloutly rubbish service, been trying to contact the claims company for the past 5 days with no luck what so ever. I have spoken to the reception desk who have promised me that they would have someone contact me back but surprise serprise NOTHING. why is it i have to keep phoning you and have to wait on the line for over 45 min at a time. NO GOOD ENOUGH.”

“Spoke to Joanne Slater yesterday... I feel like she really could be my next 'new best friend' She was so 'natural' with me... I honestly felt like she really cared about me as a person and my business needs with the company. I've been with CG for a good number of years now, they are still the best quote I can get for my insurance needs. But speaking to Joanne reinforced why I go back year after year, if all staff are like her CG have got staff training down to a fine art! Well done. I wish Joanne every success with the company she is a credit to them.”

“ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS COMPANY PAID FOR MY POLICY IN FULL OVER 24HRS AGO NOW I AM STILL ON THE PHONE AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW STILL HAVE NO POLICY AND CAN NOT MOVE ANY OF MY CARS AROUND EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF THAT HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE IS UNHELPFUL AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS PASS THE BOOK BUYER BEWARE AND THERE NOT THE CHEAPEST”
