“Been with clegg Gifford many years. Always seem to be well looked after. There was an admin error on their side a few years ago but it was a technical glitch and it was rectified immediately. I have never been with anybody else for taxi insurance.”

“I renewed my policy with them & after 2 weeks of chasing my documents I find that someone else was named on the policy & not myself, finally get policy emailed to me & it’s only got 1 vehicle listed so I’ve 9 that arnt & parked on the road illegally, not impressed at all”

“A big thanks to Louise Brooks who was very helpful on a renewal case (her service was 5 star). Only gave 4* as you need to improve response times, 20-25 mins to get through is not acceptable.”

“Utterly appalling service from a raft of associated companies. Clegg Gifford and Tradex and Westminster Insurance. I have spent four months being passes from one clown to another, Alais-Hannah-Keiron-Kerryann-Lee Perior- and Uncle Tom Cobbley- from pillar to post. Attempting to discover if my clent, following a fatal accident in his taxi, was due a death payment. Then they wanted me to contact Kiindertons, another pathetic stalling tactic, and finally it's a company called Armour Risk, who guess what will not answer emails or phone calls. They don't deserve one star, and I am totally disgusted with the whole circus. I would advise never to use Clegg Gifford or Tradex.”
