“Couldn't possibly give an honest review as have never actually made a claim that is when I could tell weather or not you are good or bad, I can say your price is very competitive as that is why I took a policy with you. At the end of the day , We I The customer is basically looking for the very cheapest price that is it that is the decider weather or not I buy . Mr m Phillips braintree”

The website was easy to understand, when I did need advice I called and the phone was answered straight away by a UK voice and my query resolved straight away. “I find that the good points outweigh the bad. I purchased a public liability policy in 2013 but didn't receive a renewal notice. I also found it difficult to get a reply when I called the office. I had to obtain a new quotation which was easy to do and also very well priced. I think that the fact I renewed without looking at other companies is self explanatory. Thanks”
