Well designed and functioning site.
Unfortunately, due to a poor internet connection and uncertainty about figures I had to make three attempts to buy insurance. Problem is that the website will not allow me to use the same email address again but insists I log in, which I would IF I had a password. Obviously a bug in the system as I only got a password the last time after I bought insurance. Lucky I had three different email addresses but I wonder how many customers have been lost by this silly mistake?
