“Get a reminder in good time. Paper work is reasonable to understand, and I get a discount when I pay in one go. Never had to use them in anger yet (and hope not to) but that, will be the acid test!”

“Was a happy customer for many years until the company pulled its physical presence from Jersey, when I contacted regarding renewing my car and bike policy I was told I was sent a letter about this which I did not receive, had to rush into getting new insurance with new provider at nearl twice the price, feel very let down........ 😔”

“I had an issue with the MID listings for my vehicles and although the immediate problem couldn’t be solved Michael Abbott of Clegg Gifford Edinburgh branch did his best and a resolve was found. This may have saved me a lot of potential grief that my issue could have caused, thank you.”

“Michael Abbot was my contact today. We had a good chat and I renewed my policy. My concern was the changing business practice over the past couple of years, from change of name, premises and business partners. Michael listened and acknowledged my concerns while also assuring me that the core customer based service will always prevail.”
