“I have been trying to make contact for several days by phone - many times waiting in excess of 30 minutes before giving up. I have tried calling new business - always a surefire way of getting hold of someone - to be told they can't help and I have to go back into the loop and once again wait an excessive time, and give up. I've decided to cancel policy and I can't even get hold of them to cancel my policy - it's shocking! It has to be said, I used to receive an excellent service but, over the last 12-18 months contact has become abysmal and although many matters can be resolved online, sometimes you do need to speak to a person, preferably within 30 minutes......”

“Customer service always seemed uninterested. I was with Clegg Gifford for 3 or 4 years, and finally bothered to move to someone else. Saved just over £900 a year, and now have better cover! I'd not recommend CG to anyone”
