“Having placed my order on the evening of New Year's Day, I had hoped the hamper could be delivered to the recipient on the 3rd January for a special birthday. However, I continued with placing the order even though it was clear it would not be delivered until the 4th. I then contacted hampers.com by email and explained - and although the paperwork I received suggested it would not be delivered until the 4th, the hamper was duly delivered before 10.30 am on the 3rd January! The recipient was duly thrilled, surprised and amazed - and so was I. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and making the sender and the recipient extremely happy. A first class and very personal service. Thank you!”

“We had some major issues with the delivery BUT the hampers.com team always answered me within minutes and was so accommodating. It was a pleasure to be in contact with them and in the end the parcel was delivered and the recipients were happy!”

“My daughter and sister were happy to receive their hampers .. However I think it would be awesome to be able to personalise their hampers by choosing exactly what you want in them as there is often items that they dont want or can't have as my sister is a diabetic and doesn't drink alcohol 😉”

“My first experience of shopping with hampers.com has been positive in every respect. The price range is realistic, tracking and delivery service excellent (I ordered on 29th December and the gift was delivered on time despite it being New Year's holiday time) and my brother loved the whisky, glasses and whisky stones ! As I live abroad, dependable online shopping is really important for me because it helps me to stay close to family in the UK. So thank you very much and l know where I'll be ordering Christmas gifts from in December!”
