“I was nervous about ordering from the USA to send a hamper to my friend in the UK. I shouldn't have been. What a great experience! From the moment I ordered right through to delivery, I was kept informed and updated all the way. My friend was thrilled with her afternoon tea hamper, and she said it was as if she had picked every item herself. The hamper contained all her favourites. We were at school together 50 years ago, she is still in the UK, and I now live in the USA. She is recovering from a bad car accident, and I wanted her to have something to cheer her up. The hamper did just that, and I am certain I will be using this service again. It was amazing! Thank you!”

We are very sorry that your hamper arrived a day early, all hampers due to be delivered on a Monday are collected by couriers on a Saturday, for delivery Monday. Sometimes if the couriers are within the area they may deliver early, they view this as an upgraded delivery as technically they are delivering on a Sunday which would cost more but they do not charge extra for doing this, so it is an upgrade. We realise this is not always ideal for customers and so we are very sorry that on this occasion the early delivery was not gratefully appreciated. We hope you understand.
