The Hamper was enjoyed by the recipient, however, it did not arrive on the day that I had paid the extra cost for a specified delivery date. I sent two hamper's to the same address at the same time and only one hamper was received on time. Very disappointing.

Ive used Hampers.com several times and have always been very satisfied but this order stlll had not been delvered. I assume the weather conditions are the issue but I have had no update since Friday and missed my mothers birthay

Quality as good as previous orders but paid for delivery on selected day (well before Christmas) but arrived a week after that which is completely pointless for a Christmas hamper. No real apology from customer services, just an offer to refund the delivery cost… missing the point completely. Eventually negotiated a 50% discount but after two weeks waiting for a refund had to phone again! Again no apology and told it would take another week…had to argue for immediate refund which then happened. What has happened to this company, local to me so keen to support but obviously pointless.

Two gift boxes received on the 10th of October 2023 Box is fine, food looks okay, but two items have passed before dates. 1) Edinburgh Ground Coffee- 30 Sept 2023 2) Hamlet Belgian chocolate assortment- 16 Sept 2023 Obviously, the packers didn’t check before posting them. Check other Review sites as this review is filtered, not accepting it because of bad rating.

Delivery and gift were as ordered, but the written message which was vitally important to the gift, only had 35 characters instead of the stated 230 characters which I had included in the message so made no sense at all. It also didn't have my name on it which meant the recipient had to call in to find out who it was from.

Third time I've used their service, third time they've lost the order. I receive an email from their logistics partner saying when they're delivering but it doesn't show up. When I look closer at the detail, they say they've not received the package from Hampers.com and I have to chase. First 2 times I could put down to the Christmas rush, third was in mid-June though it's clear there's a lot of problems they need to sort out. This round I got a fast reply, new dispatch and a partial refund, which is better than what they did at Christmas. Still, I won't be able to recommend them given my experience of unreliability.

I do apologise the welcome code is no longer available. We regularly update our promotions so please be sure to sign up to our newsletter to be updated when we have new promotions available. In terms of our products being overpriced, I am sorry you feel this way. The prices of our hampers not only reflect the contents inside, but it also includes the presentation, the packaging itself, along with our branded hamper boxes or wicker baskets. This also includes the care that goes into the packing process which saves our customers the time of having to prepare a hamper themselves. It also includes the overall creation of our hampers, locating wonderful UK suppliers products which are high quality products, including unique products that are not always ready available to the public. Very bad and disappointing service -ordered two hampers for Christmas delivery they didn’t arrive and was not informed had to cancel orders in the new year - now still awaiting full refund as second payment was not authorised until yesterday but still have to wait a further 5 to 7 days for the money back, not a happy customer and will not use this service again.

I live in Canada and ordered a hamper for a good friend of mine in London. The order was scheduled to be delivered by December 21 at the latest, and was delivered on December 23 in the end. My friend had already left the country for Christmas by then. I attempted to contact hampers.com, but there is no contact information other than an email. I emailed twice, and received an auto-response that someone would be in touch shortly. No one ever answered my email. The product itself was ok - macaroons were stale by the time my friend got back, but the rest was fine.

Ordered hamper from NZ to be delivered 23/12. Wasn't delivered until well into Jan with no explanation. Emailed company twice with no response. Have used company in the past with no problems

I ordered 4 hampers in November, requesting a delivery date of the 16th December 2022. Two of the hampers were delivered on the 17th December 2022 but the other two were not delivered. I keep receiving emails from the courier stating "We've received your order details and we're expecting your parcel shortly" but as at today, the two orders are still showing "Accepted" on my account. I have rung the company twice had have also emailed. Was told yesterday that they "would probably be dispatched tomorrow". Still waiting, nothing has changed on my account. Very disappointing!

Order process was fine but the quality is yet to be determined as the delivery that was booked for Dec 18th is yet to arrive 2 days later. The whole point of the orders was to have them all arrive on a specific day when people would be home. Kind of a waste of time if that doesn’t happen. Why have the ability to choose a specific delivery day if you can’t meet it. Very disappointing.

I gave two stars because, I like the box, appart from that. All products in a Luxury box are very low quality. When I have red fruit cake ingredients on a back sticker I was shock - 11th “E” preservatives. Sugar 69g per 100g, Chocolate doesn’t even taste like chocolate. All products from the box are miles away from Luxury. Totally unhealthy and artificial . With name Luxury they offering products from bottom shelf in a supermarket. Box what cost 69pounds is literally price is not more than 30 inc vine. Shame. I don’t understand is it really big cost of putting maybe one at least ORGANIC chocolate in a box?

The "Gift message" of another customer was sent with my mother's basket. She had no idea who it was from. Apparently the basket was nice. Sent the company an e-mail a week ago, but only received an automated response. Can't trust them again next year, sorry.

Contents of the hamper were not what were advertised. Pinot noir is not a Malbec, cranberry biscuits are nothing like chocolate chip cookies and the Christmas cake looks nothing like the photos on the website. I know it states items may have to be subsidised but to give items nothing alike is not on for the price I paid.
