“The recipient of my gift of a Hampers product which was recieved early in December was surprised with the variety of the contents. In fact I got a video of the opening so I got to see the items first hand. My relative over in Scotland, I live in Canada was delighted. “The election of hampers is quite extensive for the medium sized budget. Ordering was easy but slighlty tricky in entering details of deliveries. However the orders were made and sat back to let the delivery process unfold. I ordered two identical hampers but to be delivered to two different addresses - one was delivered easily by DHL the other (which I'm told was "stuck" in the couriers' system?) was delivered later than expected. I questioned Hampers.com about this and they were very helpful in getting the issue sorted. Well done and thank you”

“Great communication. Hamper delivered on time, left on doorstep and we did not see the driver. Have not opened it as it was a present for somebody else. Will ask them to take a photo of it when it is opened, it looked great on line. Will use your company again.”

“It hasn’t made me happy at all as I have ordered 3 of your hampers and they were all ordered to be delivered on the 21st December and I find out you have delivered one on the 5th December I do hope the other 2are not delivered early as well because if they are this will be the last time I order anything from you because you did the same thing last year. I am really cross as I wanted them delivered near Xmas. J Smith”

“It is a shame that there isn't enough space here for me to express of the brillient things that this company Hampers.com, have done for me over the years and years that I have used their services. If something goes a miss, or delivery done on the wrong date, or delivery not done or over charged never feel that you can't approach this company to rectify the wrong and put it all right for you. This they have done for me with any fuzz and they couldn't apologise enough. This is the sort of company that you can put your faith and trust in.
