“Very happy, there was an issue with the delivery, but Alexsandra and Chisom were amazingly helpful and got a replacement hamper out and delivered the very next day. My uncle was over the moon and is looking forward to trying to craft beers!”

“I was delighted with the customer service from Hampers.com. In a hurry, I ordered online and managed to put my own address as recipient instead of my daughter. I realised straight away and sent an email but this was after business hours. No matter, customer service called me and asked for the correct address. The parcel was intercepted and my daughter received the hamper on time. Amazing. Thank you.”

“After receiving 4/5 broken or wrongly packed drinks Hampers last year we were promised "this wouldn't happen again" .... guess what, had this years 30 drinks Hampers and we have 5 that are broken in some way ..... and we only have to wait 30 days for a complaint to be dealt with .... HAPPY CHRISTMAS .. laughable”
