“I have used Hampers.com before and was very happy overall. So decided to use again for a luxury hamper to my mother-in-law. Although I have not actually seen it, she rang to say she was delighted with it,being very happy. It was delivered when I had arranged via Evri who gave me plenty of updates. Just wish someone would send me one ! ; )”

“I have used Hampers.com for several years now, to provide Christms gifts for distant family members. They have never failed me and I have received appreciative comments from the recipients of the parcels. The courier always sends me information on progress with and proof of delivery but I have one criticism - the courier always asks me immediately to review the performance of the specific delivery agent; how can I know when it is the recipient who knows if there were any difficulties? Not sure how this can be resolved since they don't have an email address for the recipients.”
