I was emailed a delivery date however this dident happen on the date you said so I was quite consernened as the parcel was going to my sister that lives in the sticks in Scotland she has now received it.

I haven't received my hampers yet so I can't comment on them but I will comment on your website. I found it impossible to use for more than one order. I tried several times to load 3 different addresses for the hampers but wouldn't let me do more than 1 address. The second address would constantly change to a totally different address nothing like the one I wanted to use and totally alien to me!!!. Led to a total meltdown for me. Even your following questions are skewed so that you can't give any score less than half way. What's the point in asking for opinions only to prevent the customer from being honest.

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand how confusing it must have been when the addresses kept changing. We use an address verification tool at checkout to help ensure addresses are correct and can be processed by the carrier, but I apologise if this caused any confusion or interruptions while you were entering your details. Regarding your point about the review questions being skewed — the rating tool uses a dial, and you can move the cursor to any score you feel is appropriate. There was a small issue of the package not being registered in the delivery network. They responded to me very quickly, phoned me and said they would send one out next day delivery if it wasn't going to arrive in time. Brilliant, the kind of service that's missing from most today's marketplace.

I ordered three hampers as family Christmas gifts . Two of the hampers arrived as expected and I got a lovely response on receipt of them arriving to my sister and my niece . The third one hasn’t arrived but I have contacted the company and got a speedy response to deal with the delivery . I’m expected to receive the third in the next day or two . Here’s hoping ! This was requested to be delivered to the family business during working hours, which in previous years of ordering and delivering the Hamper, had not been a problem. However, on this occasion, the parcel was attempted to be delivered at 8pm, long after the store had closed. Luckily a neighbour living close to the stores took it in and delivered it the following day.

Excellent! The hamper arrived full of goodies. The basket looked exactly like the photograph. The basket was delivered overseas and my family were thrilled !!! Great service from the ordering to the delivery! 10 out of 10.
