After purchasing a hamper for a present for Christmas I realised I ordered the wrong one so I sent an email straight away and Mohamed emailed me back straight away and changed it order at no extra cost.

No communication. Ordered on 17th December with delivery for the 20th. Now Christmas Eve and no where near being delivered on time. Very disappointing. Will never use again.

This is the third year I have used hampers.com to get Xmas care package to my sona nd wife who are livign in the UK. It is always comfroting to know that they will receive it in time for Xmas and the company keeps you updated on where the package is so that you know they have received it.

The hampers delivery has been delayed since the 20th December and from what I can see it is still delayed on the 23rd, no reason has been given. Deplorable service.

I wish I could leave a positive review but my family never received their hamper which was supposed to be delivered three days ago. Not sure I will be using Hampers again. They were kind to refund me the extra fee I paid to ensure delivery on a certain date but what ever delivery service they are using really is not great at all. Still no update from them. Not inclined to order again.

How disappointing to receive a Christmas present to find the date on the scones only had the next day on them. Because it was a surprise I didn’t realise it was a Xmas present from Australia otherwise I would have opened it till Xmas day when the present would have been out of date.
