Yesterday I left a poor review because Hamper .com delivered a day early, but within a matter of hours the Customer care department contacted me and explained how the hamper was delivered on the wrong day they apologised and refunded the extra delivery charge. Their response was excellent and because of this I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused and can assure you your delivery date was not changed. Our business doesn't operate on Sundays, which means any orders with a Monday delivery date are collected by the couriers on Saturday. Although we do specify Monday delivery, the drivers may attempt to deliver the package on Sunday if they happen to be in the same area. While their intentions are good and they are trying to be efficient, I understand it can be frustrating for your thoughtful gift to be delivered earlier than expected and for this, I apologise. The initial arrival of the cardboard box left me thinking 'oh surely it's not all just packed in this?' but then we opened it up and wow. The presentation and quality of the box was fantastic! The hay added a real hamper feel to the package and made the products look beautiful against its backdrop. My only criticism is the quality of the card with the message on it but other than that, worth it!
