“I cannot comment on the quality of the hamper as it was not received as per my rating below. This was the fault of the courier company delivering to the wrong address. However once I contacted Hampers.com, they very quickly responded and they have refunded the cost of the hamper. The rating is for fantastic customer service.”

“Products are great but customer service outstanding. One of my gifts was reported as delivered by evri but the recipient hadnt received it. Was sorted by the customer service team in less than 24 hours and order replaced (alternatively I could have had a refund). No fuss, no qualms, they were happy to replace.”

“I was very impressed with the whole experience Especially when I discovered I had had provided the wrong street number. When I notified hampers.com Tabitha corrected my error and passed it on to to courier. My sister was delighted with her gift. I will certainly use this service again”

“Had ordered cheese hamper to be delivered to friends in Perthshire. There were two delays due to weather conditions but I was kept informed. When I received details of delivery time yesterday noticed recipients name and address were completely wrong. and DPD was therefore unable to deliver to my friends”

“Excellent Service from start to finish. I had no idea where I would find ‘that special gift’. The Hamper was delivered a full day ahead of schedule. That was re-assuring to know they will have fun on New Years Day 2034. I was looking for something very special that my two elderly Aunties (sisters) would enjoy sharing. They enjoy a cheeky tipple and afternoon teas. The Afternoon Tea hamper was perfect. I am in Australia and the in Scotland, this company and gift makes me feel a bit closer to my Awesome, funny Aunties this festive season. Highly Recommend. Thank You.”
