I live in Australia . The hamper was for my disabled cousin in Sutton Coldfield . It was delivered on the day scheduled by a polite and friendly courier . Excellent service .

I wish I could leave a positive review but my family never received their hamper which was supposed to be delivered three days ago. Not sure I will be using Hampers again. They were kind to refund me the extra fee I paid to ensure delivery on a certain date but what ever delivery service they are using really is not great at all. Still no update from them. Not inclined to order again.

How disappointing to receive a Christmas present to find the date on the scones only had the next day on them. Because it was a surprise I didn’t realise it was a Xmas present from Australia otherwise I would have opened it till Xmas day when the present would have been out of date.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hamper turned up with only 4 of the listed items.. and the mince pies, were just an empty box. Now it’s a rush to find alternatives before Christmas. Don’t waste your money on this company. Best to go out and source yourself to ensure quality and items. Shocking.
