This was the second time using Hampers.com and it was excellent service as usual. I realised I had the wrong delivery address on my order but that was rectified in one email. Quick delivery. Super company and would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the delivery service being used by Hampers.com didn't deliver my hamper. They would only do so if someone is home and returned hamper after 3 attempts. It is hard to guarantee the person will be there when you are buying these as a gift. Will not be using Hampers.com again.

You’re absolutely right that it isn’t always possible to guarantee someone will be home when sending a hamper, and I appreciate how inconvenient this must have been. My friend was delighted with the hamper. l entered the wrong address and realised immediately! The customer service on the phone was excellent and they corrected my mistake without any hassle. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and how quickly the hamper was delivered! Will definitely be using again - thank you

I paid extra to have the hamper delivered on a specific day and it was delivered early. Customer was on holidays and don’t know if they had arrived home.

Purchased a Christmas hamper for my sister in the UK and was delighted that I could specify what date it would be delivered. Received a notification the day before it was due and also when it had been delivered. My sister was delighted to receive this surprise present.
