With the advert of “guaranteed Christmas delivery” and paying a hefty fee for the privilege I thought I had just solved some last minute Christmas gift needs. Ordered 21st December! Nope! Has not arrived as promised, no response from their Team (now Christmas Eve morning) you think, given their business nature they’d have extra support at these times. Now 27th, no parcel, no reply and the cheek to ask for a review!

With a promise of guaranteed Christmas delivery and an order placed on 21st December, it’s entirely reasonable to expect your gift to arrive on time, especially after paying extra for that assurance. We can now see that all parcels have been delivered, we fully appreciate that this does not undo the disappointment caused by the delay on Christmas Eve, the lack of timely responses, and the stress of waiting during what should have been a festive period. We’re especially sorry that you were left without updates and then asked for a review while still waiting for your order. That understandably added to the frustration. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and for how this situation was handled. I ordered two hampers ... one turned upEVENTUALLY but the second to McDyre HA5 5DP has not please telephone me immediatialy to tell me how you will resolve this

I am still awaiting the hamper for my Mother promised for delivery on 23/24 December. I received NO NOTIFICATION informing of delayed delivery. I had no idea that she had not received the Hamper. I put it in my name so that she wouldn't open it ahead of Christmas. I'm not happy.

There was no note to say who hamper was from Paid for names delivery on 23rd and it didn’t arrive On 24th it was supposed to arrive at 10-11am but no sign at 9pm had an update to say it was around the side of house despite them being home all day Then had to send my gift recipients out in the dark to go look for package they’d never have found and again no note Raised a chat query and the wait time was 1 min for chat but 3 days later no response and now I’ve raised a complaint All in all lacklustre and won’t be ordering again

The ordering was stressful as kept picking up a previous address from an old order. When it arrived (a couple of days late) one of the bottles of beer were broken so the box was soaking. But my brother was still thrilled to receive it

Should have been delivered on 23rd not yet delivered. Latest appears it will be delivered on 31st. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Will at least the delivery charge be refunded??
