The hamper was fine but the website was confusing, resulting in the hamper being delivered to the buyers address ratther than the recipient. It could be my mistake but I think the address fields should be made clearer.

I ordered 2 hampers to be delivered to different addresses on different dates. I have been updated at every stage. The first hamper has been well received. I received photographic evidence of the arrival. The second is due today - again I am being updated as this progresses.

Used to send gifts to clients so not tried the products myself. The website is easy to use and the parcels got dispatched quickly. i received updates on the delivery and was pleased with the speed, except for an address in London.

I paid extra to have the hamper delivered on a Sunday but it was not delivered until the next day, Monday. No apologies or offer of a refund, though...

The hampers purchased are absolutely perfect. However the delivery company that is used is far from satisfactory. one of the parcels was left on the doorstep but the courier did not knock on the door for someone to accept the parcel. By chance it was discovered. The second parcel was left on the doorstep. The email from courier stated it had been signed for. It had not been signed for just left on doorstep. People were at home. Parcel could have been stolen.

I ordered several Hampers in excess of £1000.00. from the 9th of December to date. A hamper meant for: 536 Streatham High Road. SW16 3QF. It was dropped off Saturday the 12/12/25, photo taken but there no recipient signature. Package stolen. Need to be replaced before Christmas. Thank you
