requested a named day for delivery specially, and hamper was sent a day early. spoiled the day.. hamper was good though.

We’re very sorry that the hamper arrived a day earlier than requested and understand how that would have spoiled the day, particularly when a named delivery date was chosen for a specific reason. During busy periods, carriers sometimes believe they are being helpful or more efficient by delivering early, however we completely appreciate that this is not what was requested and apologise for the inconvenience caused. I was overall happy with the ordering process. The communication throughout has so far been good. The hamper was delivered on-time and was well packaged and well presented. I will definitely use this company again

Just 2 days before christmas we had a problem with the delivery method used by Hampers.com. You used Everi couriers.........There were two parcels to be delivered. Yes they delivered the first one after having visited the property and took a photo of the window. Lights on and occupants in the flat but they didnt ring the door bell. Second parcel has gone walk abouts as it has not been delivered. I then contacted Hampers.com and spoke to Rani. She was fantastic. She immediatly arranged for another hamper to be delivered the following morning by DPD couriers. They were both true to their word and the hamper was delivered ahead of time so thank you Rani for all your help in making a friend of mine`s christmas. Also a big thank you to DPD and their team. Please do not use Everi again as they are so unreliable. Thgis is not the first time I have suffered at their hands.

DPD didn’t deliver hamper on specified day but messaged me to say no one in and left card. Customer was in all day looking after her sick daughter and no card left. It was delivered the next day and DPD driver apologized saying it was probably an agency driver, they do this all the time.

I completely understand how upsetting and confusing that must have been, particularly given the circumstances. Ordered a hamper for my parents in law, was supposed to be delivered 21st December, it’s Christmas Day and haven’t received it. The delivery person didn’t try and deliver to the right address so I changed to a pickup at the local super market and the parcel was “delayed in transit”. when I called customer service they said they would update me in the next hour on the 24th December no update and still no hamper. I understand deliveries before Christmas is hard but since there was a lot of time before Christmas I thought it would be fine. Now I wish I hadn’t spent £50 and got it in person instead of I had known.

I’m really sorry for how disappointing and frustrating this experience has been, especially as the hamper was intended for your parents in law and ordered well in advance of Christmas. I understand how upsetting it must have been to deal with delivery issues, incorrect address attempts, delays in transit, and a lack of follow-up when you were expecting updates. That uncertainty at such an important time understandably takes away from what should have been a thoughtful gift. I can see that the hamper was eventually collected on 27/12, but I appreciate that this was far too late to serve its intended purpose. I’m very sorry we let you down on this occasion.
