Hampers.com is a very efficient, effective easy way for USA ( originally Scotland) to buy from here to be delivered over there. My only suggestion would be to offer the same service in the UK with American foods., for those of us that like the idea of sending indirectly USA fun Christmas items.

At present the hamper ordered to arrive last week hasn’t and I’ve had to chase it. Customer service have now reordered it and will let me know when it’s been dispatched. I’ve never ordered from here before and unless this gets resolved fast I probably never will again. Most disappointing. It also seems the ratings are a fix on this review as it will only let me rate the experience as average 3, rather than the 1 which it deserves at present. Not boding well for future custom or recommendations

No feedback as yet as to taste of contents. As they were a gift, the recipients are not going to complain about them, I would need to eat one myself! X

All excellent with Hampers....but the delivery firm said that the gift was delivered at 11.47am....Hampers sent confirmation that the parcel was delivered around 3pm this afternoon....so, fingers crossed, that the hamper has been delivered to the right place. No confirmation from the recipients yet. But Hampers.Com itself - wonderful! Easy to order and pay.

I ordered three hampers for family members for Christmas, to be delivered to three addresses. Two were delivered successfully, one was not. The courier said that the hamper had been denied delivery several times, which suggests that they were deliveriing to the wrong address. My daughter received no delivery attempt at her address. The courier returned it to Hampers.com, who after several emails back and forth with me, are trying to charge me an extra £12 to deliver another hamper. I don't see why I should pay for the mistake of the delivery company, so all in all it has been a disappointing experience and I will not be using Hamper.com in the future. I have requested a full refund for the hamper we didn't receive, but as yet don't know if this will be honoured.

I am very impressed with their customer service. I took advantage of a promotion back in October and ordered 2 hampers. I misunderstood the delivery date option on one of the orders, so I contacted customer service who sorted my query straight away. Unfortunately one of the orders was delayed due to Evri not delivering at all! Again, I contacted customer service, at what is probably their busiest time of year, but they still responded the same day. They arranged for a replacement hamper to be delivered free of charge by DPD instead. This was done on Wednesday 17th December, and it was delivered on Friday 19th. It is such a shame Hampers.com dispatched the order on time and as requested, but were let down by their delivery agent (Evri)
