“I've put through several orders recently on cleanyourcar and everytime i've received fantastic service. The first order was placed after the next working day cut off yet still arrived next day. The package was well packed. The second order a snow foam lance arrived with a free 1L bottle of snow foam which isn't stated on the website. The website stocks an awesome range of products and is super easy to use and looks good. Keep up the good work.”

“Brilliant setup you got here, The service is always good never once been let down anytime I need cleaning products this is the first site that I open up, I cannot think of another site that comes close to the service you provide, Love how get all the tracking information through email and is spot on time it said today was between 13:15 to 14:15 my goods come at 13:17 had made my day :) Will deffo be using you again in the future for sure! “Hey Tim, You have a super setup there. I ordered yesterday (Dec 29th 2011) at 8.30 AM and DPD arrived here del. schedule today (Dec 30th 2011 between 11.15 and 12.15) at spot on 11.15 AM. Your comuniction skills, Tim, over the phone and per emails are 10 plus and I have experienced a customer service from you I would rate off scale 10+. Not only you took your time on the phone to guide me in the correct direction product wise but also the method of delivery via DPD. Their website was spot on to inform me where the consignment was. Also your server ( Clean Your Car) send me an email to tell me the delivery time of the consignment which was obviously the same time once arrived at the local DPD depot. But what is so impressive is the fact how much care and thought you have given to the whole operation of your company . From the website to the order and delivery absolut a fantastic experience. Packaging: Here again the order arrived in a good quality box. The labels were straight attached und from the outside the parcel or box looked good. The box was very well secured via a good tape and could not open on transport. Inside... every product I ordered was secured with foam bubbles and the 5 liter bottles sealed in extra plastic see through bags neatly sealed. There was also a copy of the invoice and what was really nice a personal Thank You note from you Tim. Thank you very much for that. Be assured Tim that you have a new customer and when I have finished all my existing waxes and detail staff I will again order from your company. May I wish you a Happy, Healthy and Successful Year 2012 and may the turnover and profit increase!!! Greetings to You from the "warm" south coast. Thomas”

“What can I say about the level and speed of service fron CYC,I ordered online about 3.15 pm on the 22nd Dec. received notification emails soon after. Emailed in the morning advising courier time slot will be between 11.55-12.55,goods delivered in that hour as informed. Astounding service that I didn't think existed in this country! Well done CYC for super products at great prices and super fast delivery! Thanks again,see you soon and have a great xmas & and a happy new year! Lee.”
