“Goods received next day with full e-mail alerts on exactly when they were being delivered. I received one incorrect product but the correct item was dispatched immediately without fuss. Tim's service has always been good but I think it has just stepped up another level.”

“This is the only company I will forever use for my car cleaning products! The service is absolutely 100%, delivery is spot on, communication between the company and customer is top notch, its a flawless company, if only every company could be the same then it would cut out the need for complaints departments! :) And for that extra special something there will even be a personally written slip in with the order!”

“Having been a customer of CYC for several years now I have been delighted with the service and value I have received. Not more so though than my recent order for a Meguiars G220v2. Not only did Tim agree to price match with another internet site, he also threw in a free 3" backing plate that I had missed out on my order. So many companies these days just want to take your money and run, but CYC has that personal touch, I will continue to recommend them to all I know.”
